How much do your websites cost?

a fixed answer to this question. To obtain an exact

factors determine the cost of a site?
Factors
that affect the cost of a new web site include:

How large is the proposed site? How many pages? Will it include
a 'collection' of many products requiring 'thumbnails' (small
images) and enlarged views? Is the site content completed or will
you need editing assistance?

Design Elements
Do you already have a company logo that we can use? Or do you
need the design elements for your site created from scratch? Do
you already have digital images that can be used? Do you have
print images that need to be scanned into digital form? Do you
need our photographer take digital photographs for you? Will your
site include some Flash animation?

Do I have to pay upfront or can I pay in installments?
After a price estimate has been agreed upon, a deposit
of only 33% is required to begin design work on your
project. After the design composition has been developed
and approved by you for further development, a second
payment installment of 33% is due. The last payment
is due only upon final launch of the site, after all
corrections and modifications have been completed and
approved by you.
How long will it take to develop our site?
At Medical Web Design™, we pride ourselves in timely
completion of our online projects and strict adherence
to site deadlines. Our site development process takes
between three and eight weeks, depending on the size
of the site and the complexity of the functional elements
that will be included.
What about maintenance and updates after the
site goes up?
Information on a web site must be current and accurate.
Good sites are regularly updated so that events, calendars,
and other information remain up-to-date. Medical Web
Design™ will work along side you to continually
update your web site. We offer both annual maintenance
contracts for those requiring regular changes, or affordable
hourly rates for those requiring only occasional modifications.

about e-Commerce?
We offer a variety of eCommerce options that allow you to securely
sell any number of products online. Online credit card acceptance
requires the use of an 'online merchant bank account'. We can help
you establish your own online merchant bank account or we can put
you in touch with a commercial service that allows you to accept
credit card payments online without having to establish your own
merchant bank account.
